Microscope manager Livio Kleij keeps researchers in focus.
Ten microscope systems for researchers of the Center for Molecular Medicine (CMM) are spread over three floors in the Stratenum research building, which is glued against the UMC Utrecht. Microscope manager Livio Kleij ensures that everything runs smoothly, from training new users and advising on the experimental set-up to planning and troubleshooting. In addition, as lab coordinator of 'the second floor', he also ensures that around 60 people can do their research as well as possible.
