The Vercoulen lab publishes new findings on CD8+ T-cell localization patterns in colorectal cancer tissue

In this research, the Vercoulen lab uses high-plex imaging mass cytometry to study immune cell infiltration in colorectal cancer tissue. They find that the localization of phenotypically distinct CD8+ T cells within the stroma could predict metastasis formation in microsatellite unstable colorectal cancer.
